They are very flexible with hours - although the night shift isn't the most attractive time to work, I was able to work, go to school, and still have plenty of time to study.
What I wish was different
If I were to change one thing, I wish we could work remotely.
Advice
Stay focused on your work. Treat every customer / driver with kindness and respect, even if they are being rude to you.
