Working for a public school district is a very good experience especially a big one like Papillion La Vista Community Schools. What I like the most about this job is the impact that we have on the kids learning environment. We do our best to make this environment safe and to keep it up to date with technological innovations.
What I wish was different
This summer was a unique one. The Technology Department did everything that could do to ensure our safety when we were working in district buildings. There is nothing I wish it would have been better.
Advice
My advice is that whatever job you take you need to start that with an open mind, you need to learn how to take criticism and turn it into something good.

We went on field trips with the kids every week and went to a pool every Thursday

Maybe having at least one day a week off for myself

It is a very fun experience espically if you like working with kids. You get to see new things.
