I got the opportunity to work with many of the departments that Paradigm has to offer. I loved working with the agent-trainees - they would give me and the other interns scripts to read and other tasks to complete. One of the agent-trainees also planned a weekly intern project and talk.
What I wish was different
I wish the time had been a little more structured (e.g. spending a certain amount of time in each department, working with specific people, etc.)
Advice
Don't feel like you are being bothersome by asking for tasks or for things to read - the agents and assistants are super excited to show you what they do and get help where they can.

What I liked
I loved the team I worked with. I had a great group of mentors that really helped me learn and grow.
What I wish was different
I wish my hours were not 10am-7pm. It was quite a long day.
Advice
I would say to always ask if you can do more. If you are bored, then make yourself useful and do not sit idly by.
