I loved being able to help families find the perfect party for their kids.
What I wish was different
I wish I got paid more. I was in a management position and only made .60 cents more than regular associates. It made me feel like I wasn't valued very much.
Advice
Always go out of your way to help someone. You both will end up getting something out of it.

Be prepared to handle customers of all types. There are some that are understanding, however, there are others that can be a bit on the rude side. Make sure you have good patience before entering this job.
