The work environment is very friendly and overall casual. You get to talk to every department of the business and connect to each manager. I also like being able to talk to doctors everyday and to learn about their own experiences. The company as a whole makes every employee feel like they are important. There are also great snacks!
What I wish was different
Depending on the position, there is a lot of downtime.
Advice
Be open and talkative: People care about how you are doing and want you to learn about the business. Ask other employees if they need help on anything.
