Advice
One of the best skills you can develop is to be flexible. As an intern, and now as a "Research Assistant"--I've been hired on now that my internship is over--I have been assigned lots of odds and ends assignments at my job. Being flexible has allowed me to have experiences, some of which have been more meaningful or enjoyable than others, that have given me exposure to different sides of the company I work for and helped me to learn what I do and don't want going forward.
