What I liked
I enjoyed the freedom that came with this internship and it was paid.
What I wish was different
One of my bosses -- Pedalheads was a new company to Chicago so naturally it wasn't that organized. The 2 people who were my bosses didn't get along which ruined the experience. Our assignments weren't always clear and it was a little too relaxed. If you want to learn something or gain experience in any way, don't apply for this. Also, they're very disorganized with their system of pay. They forgot to pay me for a week of work and I had to wait almost 2 months to get the money.
Advice
This is a good internship if you're very good at self starting or don't need/want instruction. The wage is high but the hours are low and inconsistent. I wouldn't recommend applying for this.
