What I liked

I enjoy being able to do a wide variety of tasks during my work day. I also enjoy having flexible hours and a great boss that I know really cares about me.

What I wish was different

It was very stressful at times and I feel like the attitude when handling stressful situations needed some revamping. I wish there was more positivity and more encouragement to just do the best you can, rather than striving for perfection.

Advice

I would advise people to invest in their workplaces and make them their second homes. Don't bring negativity and drama into the workplace, just as you wouldn't want someone doing at home. Keep the workspace clean and friendly, just as you would at home. Invest time and quality into your work, and you will see positive results.
