People Assisting the Homeless (PATH)

About People Assisting the Homeless (PATH)

PATH is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending homelessness for individuals, families and communities statewide. We strive to do this by prioritizing housing while providing customized supportive services. We address homelessness in a multitude of ways including outreach services, permanent supportive housing development, affordable housing, and community engagement—all of which ultimately help the people we serve make it home.

Since its foundation in 1984, PATH has pioneered bold and effective approaches to assist people experiencing homelessness. PATH operates services throughout California, connecting our clients to a comprehensive continuum of homelessness prevention, street outreach, employment preparation and placement assistance, individualized case management, supportive services, interim housing, and permanent supportive housing.
