What I liked

I loved this job because I got to work with kids and teach them art! We put on 5 productions over the entire summer. Hamilton, Wizard of Oz, Aladdin, The Greatest Showman, and Cinderella. Each performance had a different grouping of kids that was unique and special. The hours are stable and the pay is great!

What I wish was different

I wish that some of the specialty camps such as photography, makeup, film, etc. had been more organized because with Musical Theater camp we had such a strong schedule, that sometimes we were thrown off.

Advice

I would suggest getting to know the kids and making the experience less about the product of the show, and more about the kid's experience.
