Great program and excellent mentoring by the analysts above me. Also, being able to speak about my experiences acted as a good launching off point for recruiting this year.

Advice
Try not to be intimidated by a new environment or feeling like your internship is out of your “league”. At the end of the day the people you’re working with are regular people who have insecurities about their job performance and are awkward sometimes too.

Culture of the company, everyone was really inviting and willing to talk and teach you. They treat interns really well and always make time if you want to chat

I wish I had more time, to be able to rotate through different desks

Put yourself out there, dont be afraid to reach out to seniors to talk to them about experiences, and just advice in general

What I liked
The company culture and employees were all amazing. I never had a negative experience and looked forward to every single day. My manager was the VP of Risk Management in PGIM Fixed Income and assigned me a database project for the summer, and would teach me the business intermittently and was very open to my questions.
What I wish was different
Nothing at all.
Advice
Ask as many questions as you need, but of course be aware that everyone has priorities and to be considerate of everyone's time. Use your judgement and learn as much as possible.
