Advice
Working at a small company allows you do see the whole process of R&D. I working on every part of the operation from start to finish. I learned what parts I liked and what parts I didn't, and was given the freedom to do this at my own pace and in my own way.

What I liked
I enjoyed the small business atmosphere that allowed me to work closely with my bosses. I also was able to take part in many different projects that my coworkers were working on.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been able to stay longer because I felt most comfortable with my work at the end and was most efficient in the last few weeks.
Advice
I recommend asking as many questions as you have of your bosses. This will open up discussion and allow you to learn more about the possibilities at the job.
