I liked the way they structured the internship. Each of the four interns were given the work of one manager and were able to get close to them and really learn the clients.
What I wish was different
I wish we were able to learn a few more skills, because based on your manager, you had a different experience.
Advice
Take advantage of everything the employees are doing. Always reach out for shadowing or help.
