Phillips 66

Process Engineer

June - August 2020 • Linden, NJ

What I liked

What I wish was different

The company as a whole is not diverse and this stems from a lack of diversity in the internship program. Perhaps recruiting from student organizations like SWE, SHE etc. would help them increase diversity all together.

Be willing to absorb all of the information and take advantage of the intern title to ask all your silly questions. People at the company love to pour into the interns.
