What I liked
I really enjoy the company culture. It is a laid back environment, yet everyone does what needs to be done. I love the fact that the company finds creative and fun ways to engage the employees each month by hosting various activities, such as bringing in food trucks and hosting a company barbecue each summer. The role itself was a great introduction to the world of Human Resources. I felt that the HR team really valued my ideas and input and showed appreciation for the work that I did. I truly learned a lot at Photronics and look forward to going back!
