What I liked
The job offered very flexible hours for substitutes- if you weren't able to come in, that was fine.
What I wish was different
There is no training for how to work with infants, and every teacher around me was also new, so none of us knew what we were doing really.
Advice
Don't work here. The money is not worth it, especially when shifts are random and only a couple hours.
