Good pay, meet lots of different people and you get to explore the area a lot more than most people can

Some days were very labor-intensive (but you get paid well for it)

the exposure to people was great here! the employees were fun to be around, and everyone had a positive attitude.

Although this is likely and impossibility, I would have preferred to have had some training before starting

Go in with an open mind, just know that you will be working hard.
