I loved that I got to meet a bunch of new people from all over the world, whether they were campers or counselors.

I highly recommend doing this, being a counselor teaches you a lot about yourself and I learned so much from my peers and my campers.

Great experience with great people. A 24/7 job that offered more than just work experience. Got to go to trips to Philly and New York City.

Better equipment to work with in the gym. More days off.

I truly believe that everyone should work at a summer camp at least once in their lifetime. It is a completely different world and it's crazy how much experience can be gained over the course of just 9 weeks. It can be a bit rough at times but you just got to stick it out and trust that it the end it will be a summer you will never forget.

The leadership at Pine Forest is really great. They cared about each staff member and if you had an issue you wanted to talk about, you feel comfortable going up to them with your issues.

Just because it’s a summer camp doesn’t mean that everything is ALL fun and games, but it’s the most rewarding job I have ever had.
