I loved everyone I worked with. The staff in the Fine Arts Department made me feel so appreciated. I also got to see a lot of behind the scenes work to the fine arts programs I'd been in my entire life, which was really cool!

I love teaching drumline and helping the students accomplish complicated music that they are dedicated to.

Setting expectations with the students at the start of August camp.
Advice
Teach to the needs and learning styles of each student.
