I had an amazing time at Podville Media! Everybody was very nice and happy to let me shadow them so I learned a lot. The team is rather small (about 10 people) which makes communication much easier. They were also very flexible, let me handle many tasks on my own and use my own judgement.
What I wish was different
If I had to mention one downside it would be that small teams also have it’s disadvantages. Less resources, less systems in place but also way more communicative!
Advice
Make the most out of the opportunities you are given here. You can learn a lot and the team is very happy to teach you. Also, in a small team, it is always helpful to get to know everyone at least a little bit to make a good impression.
