I loved the team we had. It was great and I learned a lot from my peers.
What I wish was different
I wish I had applied sooner to get the lead teacher role. That is the one I originally applied to rather than the internship. I am interested in developing a curriculum.
Advice
Bring all the joy and excitement from your private practice and craft to the kids you teach. They can tell when you're excited and they take in that energy.
