I was able to interact with people professionally and meet people that I would otherwise not have been able to.
What I wish was different
A large portion of the work was done remotely and I wish there had been less of that.
Advice
Even if its not something that you considered doing, you should apply. It's surprising how much you can enjoy things that you don't expect. The people here want you to succeed and are flexible with what you're interested in.
