What I wish was different
There is NO training. It’s stressful and management makes you feel guilty for asking questions.
Most management talks down to you and even speaks down to you regularly about personality traits like the way you speak (not even language per say), not having a great smile, and so on.
You are resented for asking for time off to go see you family (for me they are hours away).
They treat you like you are stupid until you prove that you are not.
