I loved to work with fellow employees and the artists were very friendly. Most of the time, you're the map for them, they'll follow the directions given by you which are given by the higher-ups.
What I wish was different
I wish that the work had been separated equally across all employees. Some employees were brought through strong connections and were treated with much respect.
Advice
One advice I would share from my experience is to just enjoy the process, and get to know more people and managers that I personally would not have connected with, without this job.
