That they were hiring when I graduate. They hire offshore more than in the continental us and so getting taken on full time is a pipe dream.

What I liked

Great experience with SalesForce and data collection. Nice way to get comfortable on the phones with calling schools. Nice internship to learn the ropes of an office job and great company culture! 10/10 would recommend everyone try to get a job with PowerSchool. So far, I haven't dreaded coming to work. I look forward to going to the office everyday.

What I wish was different

Cubicles. They make everything feel isolated and closed off, when I went to the headquarters in Folsom they did not have high walled cubicles and everyone could talk and see each other.

Advice

The internship is great and you really have to be able to talk on the phone to succeed, there is a call quota per day and it sometimes feels daunting.

Advice

Push yourself to do better everyday. This position’s main duty is making calls and gathering data. It is easy to get discouraged when you have a bad call, be resilient.
