What I liked
There was good pay for a summer job and consistent hours. For students it's very flexible with summer vacations and how much you can work.
What I wish was different
Doing the same job all day long got frustrating and boring, so it would've been nice to switch things up more often. The dress code was also difficult because I couldn't wear shorts and it wasn't air conditioned.
Advice
Talk to other packagers during the work day because it makes the jobs more enjoyable and provides a distraction.
