“I was able to work with a St. Lawrence Professor while I was there which made it easier to transition into the "real world" of computer science. It was a small company so I was able to get to know everyone really well. I worked on bigger, more important projects that I probably wouldn't have been able to work on if I worked at a larger company. The headquarters of the company is in Sweden so we video-chatted with them a lot which was really cool. I learned more in 2 months through direct experience than I've learned during the 2 years of computer science classes that I've taken.”
