The environment of the office. The variety of opportunities to grow within the company. The amount of resource given to me in order to execute the job with more accuracy.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more time to work there so that I could show my peers my potential. I wish I had training for a whole month instead of 1 week.
Advice
Never take a capstone class during summer semester and work full-time on your very first real job opportunity.
