I loved the team I got to work with at Precoa and the freedom they gave me to explore what was interesting to me.
What I wish was different
I wish I didn't have to go back to school and could keep working here full time!
Advice
Make yourself heard. Everyone is willing to listen, so speak up if you're doing something you don't like or if you want to be doing something different. Don't be afraid to present your ideas!

Strategy Analyst Intern

What I liked
I really enjoyed the real experience that I obtained as a strategy analyst intern. From day one, I was given projects that were really important to the ongoing success of the company. I got to work both on analytics and project management within the organization. The amount of trust and interaction I had from and with my manager as well as executives within the company was incredibly helpful throughout my internship experience this summer.
What I wish was different
The industry is sometimes a hard one to be invested in. Also, since this wasn't a formal internship program some of the intern perk such as swag or excursions weren't really done. It's hard to find things I would want done differently because it is a great opportunity.
Advice
The key to success is be confident that the company wants you for what you bring to the table. By embracing this aspect of the job/internship it's possible to truly add the value that you were hired to deliver.
