What I liked

They had very flexible hours, you could give them your availability beforehand and it would fit around your schedule. Once you had a set schedule it sort of became your schedule so you could count on always getting those hours every week. The app they use makes it easy to pick up extra shifts when you want or drop them if you need to and also communicate with your coworkers easily if you have questions.

What I wish was different

I just wish that I had started earlier in the beginning of season rather than mid season because if you start from the beginning of season you get to know the patrons better over time and know how to communicate with them over issues they had rather than being introduced mid season.

Advice

Make sure to ask questions if you're unsure of an answer whether it be how to clock in, clock out, a question asked by a patron, or the pool rules for the facility you're working in. There is no penalty for asking over something you're unsure of and it's better to be knowledgeable over a subject than be stuck in a situation where you don't know what to do.
