Being around experts and hearing their day to day conversations with their patients not only teaches you as a therapy aide working with them, but increases your knowledge about the field of physical therapy. They are always willing to answer your questions and fill in your curiosity. If anyone is looking for experience for graduate school for physical therapy while also getting paid, I would highly recommend working here!
What I wish was different
I wish the initial training had been different and had more structure to it, but it is hard to teach everything. Learning comes from doing the job.
Advice
One piece of advice I would share about this experience is to definitely pick at the therapists' brains. It allows them to maintain their knowledge while increasing yours.
