There are so many opportunities for growth and hands on learning, everyone is very friendly and willing to help. There is a lot of freedom to create your own designs and see them out, and almost no red tape, leading to fast innovation and progress.
What I wish was different
It is a small company without much of an engineering team, so a lot of the work is individual
Advice
Like everything, you get out of it what you put in. Being innovative and taking initiative at Premier made my experience much more enjoyable and I was able to get a lot of good memories and experience out of it.

What I liked
Working with a small cross-functional and integrated team provided me a great opportunity to see mutiple parts of business operations (sourcing, transportation, manufacturing, engineering, and distribution) function synergistically. It's a great place to put knowledge and skills into practices. Moreover,
people are extremely nice and helpful! It's a great place to work and grow.
What I wish was different
My task was mainly forcusing on the bills of materials. I wished to have more time working with the plant manager learning about his wisdom and business insights. The plant manager is very kind, smart, and sharp, so don't miss the opportunity to work with him.
Advice
Every experience and every person you encountered are unique and precious. Be grateful and be humble to learn from all of them. Enjoy all experiences! People at the Premier Paint Roller are wonderful, and they made my experience priceless.
