Flexibility with my hours and the ability to grow within the company that could not be afforded at most other businesses.
What I wish was different
The manner in which one has to chase their advancement. You had to advocate for yourself quite a bit to be noticed and recognized as a candidate for a new position.
Advice
It's a great job to get introduced to the financial industry and get acquainted with proper jargon that is used and common practices that are used on a daily basis. Highly recommend for any type of finance major.
