The environment was amazing. Everyone was so helpful and encouraging! I learned a lot about the professional environment and how to handle important paperwork.
What I wish was different
I wish that I had been trained on how to underwrite. They were going to teach me but everyone was busy and I ended up not being able to take on more responsibility.
Advice
Don’t be afraid to ask for help especially if you get stuck. It really speeds up the process and raises the quality of work you submit.
