People were SO friendly. Everyone there clearly just wanted me to do my best and were helpful. The other intern I worked with was also great. I was able to learn about their content managing system, SEO best practices, and newsletter creation.
What I wish was different
The internship was remote, which is COVID's fault, but by the end of the summer I was sad from working alone in my room all day.
Advice
It's a great first internship, and the skills I learned are pretty transferrable to any kind of publishing. Would recommend this internship; it was paid for me, as well.
