Princeton in Africa (PiAf) is an independent non-profit organization based in Princeton, NJ. Our mission is to help future leaders develop lifelong connections to the people and nations of Africa through highly selective yearlong fellowships for recent college graduates with organizations across the African continent.
Since our launch in 1999, we have had nearly 700 Fellows in 37 countries. The organizations we work with include large organizations like the International Rescue Committee and the Mpala Research Centre and Wildlife Foundation as well as smaller start-ups and grassroots organizations, and even multinational companies.
