PRISM is a community-supported social service organization helping people in Crystal, Golden Valley, New Hope, Plymouth, and Robbinsdale access the basic needs of food, clothing, and housing in times of financial hardship. PRISM case workers take a person-centered approach when pairing people with services and referrals for budgeting and financial assistance, diet and nutrition, domestic violence, employment, homelessness prevention, mental health, substance abuse, and more. PRISM blends talent, need, passion, and various abilities into opportunities that improve the lives of everyone as we build a resilient community, reflecting the spirit of the west suburban Twin Cities.
