What I liked

I liked how much autonomy they gave me. My team gave me projects that were actually meaningful and created real change within the company. I also loved the culture within the talent and growth team. I felt supported and comfortable yet still challenged within my team.

What I wish was different

It is hard to think of things to change about my experience. It was a hybrid model but it would have been nice to be in person with my whole team every day of the week.

Advice

Trust yourself and be confident in yourself. I struggled in the beginning of the internship with self-doubt but once I became more confident in my abilities I got much more out of the experience.
