What I liked

It’s very much a hands on experience from the get-go. It’s more of a learning on the spot kind of place in that you learn in the field a lot. But it’s such an interesting field focusing a lot on school districts. If you’re willing to learn and can handle the pressure this is the place for you!

What I wish was different

I wish there was more in-office training before being immersed in the field. Basically something that would really prepare us for things to expect.

Advice

Be ready to learn and take notes. It’s a very small firm so you get to know everyone very quickly. You’ll learn things that you may not learn at a big firm and I think that’s awesome

What I wish was different

they offer no training, even after promising it during the interview. they let me go after 3 weeks for job performance, which could have been avoided with proper training. which is unfair since it was the first job out of school.
