The management has been extremely chaotic so having a good set of strong managers would hep a lot. It's less of a problem now than when I started.

I wish that I had found a job more related to my field of study.
Advice
It's an simple job with decent hours. If you are looking for a consistent way to earn money this is a good choice; however, it will not further you in your field.
