Rehabilitation Support Services, Inc. (RSS) includes NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) residential group homes, licensed and supported apartment living, supported employment and affirmative businesses (also known as social enterprises), care coordination, and wellness centers. RSS also operates U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Supportive Living.
