What I liked

What I loved is the family oriented business environment that this company promotes and continues to show. We manage a large portfolio for multiple clients in residential housing but no matter how fast pace this company is, they still manage to maintain that supportive atmosphere!

What I wish was different

If one thing could've been different it would be a better training in the beginning that was more inclusive but the hands on experience helped me become independent quickly.

Advice

Always put your best foot forward as people, managers, clients and almost about everyone is watching. Networking is key to exacting ones horizons in a professional setting. Always strive to better your self and learn as knowledge is your most powerful weapon in any industry!
