I like the autonomy to work at my own pace and be flexible with all of my tasks.
What I wish was different
I wish I had some more complex projects to work on to mix up the work.

Get to know all of the community accountants, they have great insight and are extremely helpful!

What I liked
I received a promotion this summer from an intern to a full-time employee. I was able to travel, gain more experience, and make new friends.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have had more of a "Summer", but I worked hard and gained valuable real world experience that will definitely help me in the future.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask questions- "no question is a silly question", and don't be afraid to work hard, because it will most definitely pay off in the long run!
