The team i worked with was just amazing! i'm now an at home agent and don't work with the in office manager and team leads anymore but they are the most supportive and understanding group of people! The work is kind of boring and can be frustrating but they are very understanding and are more then happy to work with you as long as you are truthful and hard working.
