I loved the fact that I had many different events to network with the other interns. I worked as a part of the Data Science team and the RCCB team has members in both Niles and in Irvine California so during the internship I got the opportunity to travel with the team to Irvine and it was a great experience.
What I wish was different
I wish that I had a little bit more structure with my capstone project. The project wasn't really clear to me until well into the internship.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask questions when you are confused there were so many people at RCCB that were more than happy to help you out.

Interning in a production facility because it enriched my knowledge and experience in the field of supply chain management.

I wish I could have started the internship a little earlier than I did because it would have given me more time to get the hang of things and prepare for my end of the summer presentation.

Go into it with an idea of what you would like to do in the field of the supply chain so that the managers can focus on that area and you can see how you feel about it.
