Since 2011, Right Tree has been using outdoor recreation, adventure programming & community service to speak positively into girl's lives. Within a Christian framework, our "Summer Adventures" program for girls in 6-8th grade combines drop-in activities, day-camp style weeks, and multi-night overnight trips to expose girls to new challenges, provide settings to share, explore & address critical issues in their lives, and help girls develop the relationships, confidence thrive in a not-so-kid-friendly world.
We are looking for creative female staff with a heart for working with middle school girls, a desire to speak positively into their lives, an appetite for adventure, a love for the outdoors, an outside-the-box mentality, a love for Jesus, and a willingness to work harder and have more fun than they can ever imagine! This is no ordinary summer job! This is a life-changer -- for the girls AND for staff!
