I was able to learn how an office worked and get great experience throughout the summer.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have worked on more marketing things. They had me on their pricing the majority of the summer. It was important work, but it was not they job that I was hired for.
Advice
Ask what tasks they would have you working on in your interview. Don't assume you will actually work the job you are applying for if you're hired.

What I liked
Everyone at Ring-O-Matic has been kind and helpful. Working for a smaller company has allowed me to work on many different tasks. This has given me a wider range of experience to carry on into my future career. I have also been able to see first hand what a growing company has to go through to succeed.

Advice
The size of the company does not matter. What matters is the knowledge and experience you take away from it.
