What I liked
I loved that I got to work with students and help them build job skills.
What I wish was different
Honestly, the company had everything organized really well and had a professional evenviorment for all employees. Because of this I wouldn't wish for anything to be different.

I think being patient and understanding with students is incredibly important.

I love this job! The pay could be better but the love for the job makes up for it

Be open to new experiences. A lot of the time I learn as I’m teaching them and that’s a neat thing
