I enjoyed being able to learn more about software engineer work in the defense industry and to gain experience in this field. It was also a chance to explore other areas of development work that I was less familiar with as well.
The people and environment at Rite-Solutions are amazing and I felt welcomed from the first day. Even though this happened in the midst of Covid19 they made the effort to include me in welcome events and make sure I felt like a part of the team.

Be willing to take any opportunity they offer. I was able to try my hand at many of the aspects of the team, from development to database work, before finding my position on the testing team.
