I loved the freedom that I had while working. I was able to take pictures and videos of the sponsorships and then at the end of the year I created video recaps. I had so much fun and the atmosphere was awesome!
What I wish was different
I wish I would have been paid, but when I came back the following year to help out I was able to get paid!!
Advice
Take advantage of being able to be creative! Not all bosses let you take control and ask for you opinion. I was able to help redecorate the main office and give my input of what would look good.
